Four Corners Health Department would like to announce that an updated district-wide resource directory is now available on-line at www.fourcorners.ne.gov, on the “Resource Directory” tab in the upper right corner. This directory is for use by partners and community members, works well on a computer screen, but it is also mobile-friendly for use on cell phones! Health related community resources are available in one place for Butler, Polk, Seward, and York counties.
Once on the site, searches can be done by business name, type, zip code, address, or phone number. The entire directory can be printed, if a hard-copy is needed. One side note; the directory is always changing. New listings are made or updated, so you may want to check back often.
If you’d like your business or agency, program, or organization included, you can click on “Add a Listing.” Your submission will be sent to Four Corners for approval before it is made live. If your business or agency is listed, you will want to assign someone to make sure it is updated.
Why might someone use the resource directory? Here are some examples:
• To see what is available to manage their diabetes (or other illness)
• Locate who can deliver meals to Grandma who lives alone at home
• To find who might give low-cost immunizations to the kids
• Where a veteran might find information about what services might be available to them and their family
• And much more.
If you are looking for a resource or category that you cannot find, please contact Four Corners at (402) 362-2621, toll free (877) 337-3573 or by email email@example.com. We can help you find the resources you need! Our hope is that you find the directory to be current and user-friendly.
Funding for this project was generously provided by the York Fraternal Order of the Eagles. We appreciate your partnership with this project!
