Anyone with information about any crime in the state may call the Grand Island-Hall County Crime Stoppers, (308) 381-8822. Callers will remain anonymous.

A reward of up to $1,000 will be paid after law enforcement agencies have determined the seriousness of the crime and the usefulness of the information.

Grand Island Police

The following felonies were reported:

— Lucy Guarcas reported Friday morning that $500 was stolen in a burglary at 211 W. Fifth St.

— Yency Guibert Drake reported Friday that his 1998 Buick Regal was stolen from Wells Fargo Bank. The vehicle was recovered.

Hall County Sheriff

— Antonio P. Franklin, 30, Lansing, Ill., theft by receiving stolen property totaling more than $5,000, two to four years in jail with credit for 307 days served.

— Clifford Henry Shafer, 36, Grand Island, enhanced DUI or refusal to be tested with three prior convictions, 18 to 22 months in jail with credit for six days served, license revoked 15 years, ordered not to drive 45 days; driving during revocation from DUI/refusal, 18 to 22 months in jail with credit for six days served, license revoked 15 years, ordered not to drive 45 days; refusal to submit to preliminary breath test, $100 fine, possession of open alcohol container, $100 fine.

Hall County Court

— Krista Schultz, 27, Grand Island, sentenced to three counts of theft by shoplifting totaling $0 to $500, second offense, sentenced for each to 24 months probation, ordered to make total restitution of $47.77.

— Diane L. Andrews, 59, Cairo, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute on Dec. 18. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. June 19.

— Rainy Call, 30, Grand Island, was charged with possessing a controlled substance on Wednesday. Preliminary hearing set for 10:30 a.m. July 12.

— Anthony F. Davidson, 25, Grand Island, was charged with obstructing a peace officer; driving under suspension; resisting arrest, second or subsequent offense; second-offense DUI-alcohol, and refusal to submit to test, first offense, all on May 26. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. June 12.

Driving Under the Influence — Luis W. Cuin-Tol, 35, Grand Island, DUI-alcohol, first offense, $500 fine, seven days in jail, driver’s license revoked six months. Also guilty of driving under suspension, seven days in jail, and possessing or consuming from an open alcohol container, $50 fine; Eder De-La-Cruz-Servellon, 31, Grand Island, DUI-alcohol, first offense, $500 fine, seven days in jail, driver’s license revoked six months, Also guilty of no operator’s license, seven days in jail; Mitchell Spencer, 24, Grand Island, DUI-alcohol, first offense, $500 fine, six months probation, driver’s license revoked 60 days.
