Grand Island Police
The following felonies were reported:
— Connie Lyions and Kahley Grier reported a burglary of a storage shed at 4040 Stauss Road. On Saturday or before 1 p.m. Sunday, someone cut the lock to the shed and took multiple items. The stolen items had a value of $1,750.
— Juan Gomez reported a burglary Sunday morning at 1414 St. Paul Road. Someone was able to enter through his front door without causing damage and steal five pairs of shoes and a watch. The burglar possibly fled through the back door. The case is open.
Hall County Sheriff

— Hall County Corrections reported criminal mischief Friday morning.
— A male was arrested for a protection order violation Friday in western Hall County.
— An attempted burglary was reported at the Wood River Aquatic Center early Saturday.
— The city of Cairo swimming pool reported an attempted burglary Saturday morning.
— A male was arrested for drugs during a motorist assist at mile marker 316 on Interstate 80 Saturday night.
— Donald Duncan reported criminal mischief at 46 Oriole St. in Alda Sunday morning.
Hall County District Court
— Michael Johnson, 28, Central City, had his probation revoked for second-degree assault and attempt of a Class 2A felony. On the first violation, he was sentenced to three to seven years in jail, with credit for 570 days served. On the second violation, he was sentenced to two to three years in jail, with credit for 205 days. The sentences will be served concurrently.
Hall County Court
— Gordon L. Spencer, 32, Aurora, was charged with criminal mischief totaling $1,500 to $4,999, third-degree assault and terroristic threats, all on Oct. 4. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. July 10.
— Emmanuel E. Yezinai, 55, Grand Island, was charged with enhanced DUI or refusal to be tested with three prior convictions and driving while revoked from DUI/refusal, both on June 4. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. July 10.
— Dennis L. Michalski, 55, York, was charged with committing DUI-alcohol, fourth offense, on March 23. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. July 10.
— Brayan D. Maldonado-Euceda, 21, Grand Island, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and having no valid registration for a vehicle, all on June 25. Preliminary hearing set for 3:30 p.m. Aug. 12.
