WINFREY — To Landon and Jenna (Lehmann) Winfrey of Aurora, a daughter born March 1, 2019, at CHI Health St. Francis.

ZYSSET — To Spencer and Jennifer (Rathman) Zysset of Genoa, a daughter born Feb. 15, 2019, at Columbus Community Hospital in Columbus. Grandparents are Bruce and Denise Rathman of Farwell and Waid and Marilyn Zysset of Hastings. Great-grandparents are Jerry and Gloria Rathman of Farwell, Eugene Waskowiak of Ravenna and Mervin and Illa Jo Zysset of Stockville.

The following felonies were reported:

— During a burglary investigation Tuesday, Shawn Ostrander was found to be in possession of a firearm. Ostrander, who is a felon, has been referred for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.

— An adult female reported a domestic assault Tuesday night in western Hall County. A male was arrested.

— Bradley Dean Schaffer, 49, homeless, attempt of a Class 4 felony, 90 days in jail with credit for 35 days served.

— William D. Rogers Jr., 55, guilty of two counts of theft by shoplifting totaling $0 to $500, second offense, 30 days in jail.

— Alex Erives, 18, Grand Island, false reporting of a misdemeanor, $250 fine, three days in jail with credit for three days served, six months probation. Also guilty of possession of 1 oz. or less of marijuana, first offense, $300 fine.

— Angelica Rivera-Sanchez, 20, Grand Island, was charged with committing third-degree assault on a pregnant woman on June 26. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. March 27.

— An arrest warrant was issued for Steven M. Anderson, 20, Grand Island, for enticement by an electronic communication device on Feb. 25.

Driving Under the Influence — Moises Escobar-Gomez, 19, St. Louis, enhanced DUI, $500 fine, eight days in jail, driver’s license revoked one year. Also guilty of leaving an accident, failure to furnish info, first offense, eight days in jail with credit for eight days served.
