Grand Island Police
The following felonies were reported:
— A woman told police that her ex-boyfriend, Adam Myers, threatened to kill her after she broke up with him. She reported being scared for her life due to his alleged threats. A witness also reported hearing Myers, 34, tell her he was going to kill her. Myers was later located and admitted to threatening to kill her, police say. On Wednesday, he was charged with making terroristic threats. Preliminary hearing set for 10:30 a.m. July 19.
— Sherry Statler reported that a person entered her garage at 223 Commanche Ave. without her permission and took numerous pieces of horse tack between May 21 and Monday. The case is open.
— On Tuesday, someone tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at the cafeteria at CNH, 3445 W. Stolley Park Road. The bill was not accepted as payment.
Hall County Sheriff

— Zachary A. Snodgrass, 32, Grand Island, attempt of a Class 1/1A/1B/1C/1D felony, 36 months probation, $900 probation fee.
— Keli Kay Petersen, 50, Hastings, possession of a controlled substance, 30 months probation.
— Jennifer G. Paz-Rodas, 29, Grand Island, first-degree criminal trespass, $250 fine.
Hall County Court
— John P. Snipes, 50, Grand Island, refusal to submit to test, first offense, $500 fine, six months probation, driver’s license revoked 60 days.
— Jacob A. McDermott, 27, homeless, was charged with failure to appear when on bail (felony) on May 29. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. July 3.
— Esteban Velasco, 49, Grand Island, was charged with committing third-degree sexual assault of a child on Jan. 1, 2010. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. June 26.
Driving Under the Influence — Anthony M. Bazant, 30, Omaha, DUI-breath, first offense, $500 fine, six months probation, driver’s license revoked 60 days.
