The following felony was reported:
— Police were informed of allegations of intentional child abuse Wednesday night in which a 10-year-old female was not seriously injured. The incident is being investigated.

Hall County District Court
— Andres J. Aguila Carrasco, 26, Grand Island, guilty of 15 counts of first-degree forgery. For each charge, he received 36 months probation. On one of the charges, the sentence is 90 days in jail with credit for seven days already served, 40 hours community service, ordered to pay $538.83 in restitution and $900 probation fee.
Hall County Court
— Mary A. Barton, 45, Grand Island, theft by shoplifting totaling $0 to $500, second offense, $100 fine, 24 months probation.
— Billy J. Stout, 19, Grand Island, was charged with committing first-degree sexual assault on Sunday. Preliminary hearing set for 3 p.m. July 16.
— Sue Elson, 48, Grand Island, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possessing or consuming from an open alcohol container, both on May 24. Preliminary hearing set for 2:30 p.m. July 16.
— Michael A. Powers, 42, Grand Island, was charged with three counts of violating a protection order with a prior protection order conviction. Preliminary hearings are set for 1:30 p.m. June 12 and 9 a.m. June 19.
