A reward of up to $1,000 will be paid after law enforcement agencies have determined the seriousness of the crime and the usefulness of the information.

— Joel Pierson reported theft Wednesday morning at 4413 E. Highway 30.

— Christy Marie Rasmussen, 35, Grand Island, possession or use of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine.
— Felix Ramirez, 53, Grand Island, domestic assault-third degree/prior, three years in jail with credit for 241 days served, post-release supervision 18 months.
Hall County Court
— Mario Partida, 27, Grand Island, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession or use of drug paraphernalia, both on Tuesday. Prelimnary hearing set for 3:30 p.m. Aug. 6.
— Austyn Ladd, 25, Grand Island, was charged with two counts of attempt of a Class 2A felony, one count of possession of a deadly weapon while committing a felony, criminal mischief totaling $0 to $500 and second-degree criminal trespass, all on Tuesday. Preliminary hearing set for 9:30 a.m. July 26.
— Daniel Slominski, 58, Minto, N.D., was charged with theft by unlawful taking totaling more than $5,000 on April 1. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. July 10.
— Justin J. Lindberg, 34, Grand Island, was charged with tampering with a witness, informant or juror on May 8. Arraignment set for 2 p.m. July 3.
— Kenneth L. Cranmer, 30, Grand Island, was charged with enhanced DUI or refusal to be tested with two prior convictions, careless driving and improper/defective vehicle lighting, all on June 21. Arraignment set for 2 p.m. July 10.
— Daniel Butt, 34, Grand Island, was charged with issuing a bad check totaling $1,500 to $5,000 on March 29. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. July 10.
— Shawn Ostrander, 24, Grand Island, was charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, first offense, on Dec. 14. He was also charged with theft by shoplifting totaling $0 to $500, third or subsequent offense, on Dec. 7. Arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. July 10.
