On Friday the Hall County Housing Authority reported to Grand Island Police that a vehicle owned by the authority had been stolen. The incident took place at 927 North Boggs Street.

The police reported that two juvenile females were contacted after they fled the scene where the vehicle was located. The juveniles attempted to flee and hide, but were eventually caught by police.

They were both referred for theft of a motor vehicle and obstructing of police officers.
