Whether they are home, at the office, or somewhere in between, more McDonald’s customers in Nebraska can now enjoy their favorite burgers, fries, beverages and desserts delivered right to them through Uber Eats. McDonald’s is now expanding the service to include restaurants in Kearney and Grand Island.

“We are excited to expand McDelivery to additional restaurants in these two cities,” said Cory Hall, a local McDonald’s Owner/Operator. “Now more of our customers can enjoy their favorite McDonald’s menu items with the convenience of having it delivered right to their door.”

Customers can place McDonald’s orders on the Uber Eats mobile app or on, using the same account they use to take Uber rides.

Customers can track their order as an Uber Eats delivery partner brings their meal directly to them. The full menu at participating McDonald’s restaurants will be available for delivery (with the exception of soft serve cones). An Uber Eats booking fee applies to each order.

“With Uber Eats, you can get the food you want, where you want it, delivered at Uber speed. We are thrilled to partner with McDonald’s to give fans in more Nebraska cities easy access to their McDonald’s favorites at the tap of a button, at any hour of the day,” said Ana Mahoney, Head of US Cities for Uber Eats.

The following McDonald’s restaurants will now offer delivery on Uber Eats as part of the most recent expansion of the service:

  • 1317 W. Second Street, Grand Island
  • 3323 W. State Street, Grand Island
  • 5605 1st Avenue, Kearney
  • 715 2nd Avenue, Kearney
  • 621 E. 25th Street, Kearney

Delivery is just one way that McDonald’s is enhancing the customer experience through added convenience. McDonald’s continues to transform its restaurants through the addition of self-order kiosks, mobile ordering, table service and digital menu boards.

In August, McDonald’s announced that the company and its franchisees are investing approximately $42 million in Nebraska throughout 2018 and 2019 on the construction and modernization of McDonald’s restaurants, transforming the customer experience inside and outside the restaurant.
