NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The property described below will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse at 111 W. 1st Street, Grand Island, NE 68801, on the 19th day of September 2019, at 10:00 a.m. The sale is subject to any and all real estate taxes; special assessments; easements; covenants; restrictions of record; and any prior liens, encumbrances or interests which may affect the property.
