LINCOLN — It didn’t look good for Nebraska when it trailed Wisconsin by 17 points in the third quarter of the Big Ten opener for both teams Saturday night at Memorial Stadium.
But the offense kicked it in gear with 225 yards in the second half. That, combined with a stingy defense, was enough for the No. 22 Huskers to edge the Badgers 30-27.
