Grand Island Police

The following felonies were reported: 

 Jack Bailey, 2012 W. 11th St., reported a burglary there.

 Farmer's Insurance, 3406 W. Capital Ave., reported a burglary there. Two men were arrested.

 Shileia Hall, 516 E. 16th St., reported terroristic threats there. Two men were arrested and a third was referred to the Hall County attorney's office.

No felonies were reported.

The Hall County Jail has 166 inmates, booked in 19 people and released 11 people.

Hall County District Court

 Troy D. Utley, also known as Troy Hall, 43, Alda, was sentenced to 18 months probation for second-degree forgery for a Jan. 20 incident. He was also ordered to pay $463 restitution.

 Santana J. Hansen, 23, Grand Island, was sentenced to 18 to 24 months in prison for attempted theft by receiving stolen property for a March 6 incident involving property of Brown County Ambulance. She will also split paying $560 in restitution with her co-defendants.

Hall County Court

 Rowden D. Schneberger, 23, 1740 Garland St., was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking for an Aug. 21 incident involving property of Farmer's Group Insurance and Floret Flowers and Gifts.

 Eric M. Wieland, 22, 2418 N. Kruse, No. 1, was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking for an Aug. 21 incident involving property of Farmers Group Insurance and Floret Flowers and Gifts. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine for the same incident.

 Miguel G. Lemburg Sr., 35, 2004 N. Wheeler, Apt. 2D, was charged with driving during suspension, failure to stop following an injury accident and no proof of financial responsibility for an Aug. 20 incident.

 Fernando B. Cruz, 27, Grand Island, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for attempted possession of methamphetamine, reduced from possession, for a June 24 incident.

Cherry, 27, Dallas, $400, nine months probation, 60 days no driving; Thomas G. Stender, 57, Lincoln, $1,000, 18 months probation, 30 days in jail, one year no driving; Martin W. Steele, 36, 2404 N. Broadwell, No. 1, $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving.
