GOLKA -- To Timothy and Jennifer (Rempe) Golka of Grand Island, a son born June 25 at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island. Grandparents include Bob and Pat Golka and Greg Rempe, all of Grand Island.

Hall County District Court

 Lee A. Davis Jr., 24, Peoria, Ill., was sentenced to two years probation and 120 days in jail for possession of more than a pound of marijuana for an Aug. 30, 2006, incident, and failure to appear for a subsequent hearing.

 Daniel E. Gay, 29, 2309 W. First St., was sentenced to two years probation and was ordered to pay $1,162 restitution for theft by unlawful taking for a Sept. 17, 2007, incident involving property of Bamford Inc.

 Mario Trevino, 23, Chadron, was sentenced to two years probation and was ordered to pay $4,138 restitution for a March 31, 2007, incident involving property of Azteca Market.



Hall County Court

 Mansura Gorani Abdulhalim, 26, 604 Sutherland, Apt. 4, was charged with felony child abuse for a March 31 incident.

 Robin L. Crane, also known as Robin Prettyvoice-Crane, 32, 113 South Lane, was charged with second-offense driving during 15-year license revocation for a June 3 incident.

Webb, 9, 915 White Ave., Apt. 2, $500, seven days in jail, one year no driving; Tammy K. Martin, 36, Hastings, $400, six months probation, 60 days no driving; Vincent A. VanHoosen, 27, 707 W. Charles, Apt. 2, $400, one year probation, 60 days no driving.
