-- John Duom, 37, 118 N. Pine, Apt. 3, pleaded not guilty to three counts of terroristic threats, all felonies, and third-degree assault and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, for a Nov. 25 incident. His trial is set for September.

-- Stacey L. Tonce, 36, Lake George, Minn., was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance for a May 31, 2007, incident.
