The following felonies were reported:
David Godbey, 3511 Deann Road, reported a theft at 415 S. Elm St. Items were stolen from a vehicle.
Francisco Figueroa, 1523 Sylvan St., reported a theft there.
Jaime Martinez, 243 S. Plum St., reported a second-degree forgery there. A state refund check was forged.
Tonya Hansen, 909 W. South Front St., reported a burglary there.
Henry Nedrig, address not listed, reported a theft by unlawful taking on East Highway 30. A vehicle was stolen and later recovered. One person was arrested.
Hall County Sheriff
Law enforcement arrested five people on warrants in five cases. No felonies were reported.
