 Jerald Oswald, 1123 W. Anna St., reported a theft at 1523 Sylvan St. Apt. 7.



Hall County Sheriff

Law enforcement arrested four people on warrants in five cases. No felonies were reported.

Hall County District Court

 Tremaine R. Green, 34, Billings, Mont., was found guilty by a jury of possession of marijuana and not having a drug tax stamp for a July 16, 2006, incident. His sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 3.

 Ricky J. Reha, also known as Ricky J. Kallos and Richard J. Kallos, pleaded not guilty to distribution of methamphetamine for a March 9, 2007, incident. His trial is scheduled for October.

 Buoy M. Nyoak, 27, 423 W. Koenig No. 1, pleaded not guilty to first-degree sexual assault on a child 12 years of age or younger for a June 8 incident. His trial is scheduled for October.

 Stephanie R. Beck, 24, 704 E. 14th St., was sentenced to nine months each for two counts of acquiring codeine by fraud for July 31 and Aug. 1, 2006, incidents. The sentences will be served at the same time.



Hall County Court

 Eduardo Ramirez, also known as Daniel F. Saldana, 41, address unknown, was charged with sexual assault on a child for an incident that occurred between Jan. 1 and May 2.

 Kenneth W. Myrick Jr., 29, 2623 W. Charles St., was charged with theft by deception for a July 15 incident involving property of Wells Fargo.

 Ernest G. Myrick, 25, 2623 W. Charles St., was charged with theft by deception for a July 15 incident involving property of Wells Fargo.

 Tristan J. Bush, also known as Tristian J. Letcher and Tristan J. Letscher-Bush, 22, 1222 W. Sixth St., had a charge of burglary dismissed for a Jan. 30 incident.

 Jose Soto-Salas, 23, 1628 S. Lincoln Ave., was charged with first-degree sexual assault, burglary and strangulation for an Aug. 13 incident.

 Ernesto Gonzalez, 25, 1414 St. Paul Road No. 95, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and driving during suspension for an Aug. 12 incident.

 Christopher P. Shields, 20, Lake Geneva, Wis., was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for an Aug. 13 incident.

Correction

Annexation referred

Bernard Borer Jr.'s request to annex his property at 908 E. Capital Ave. into Grand Island city limits was referred for review by the Regional Planning Commission. A Wednesday city council story incorrectly stated the request had already been approved.
