Alfonso Lara-Juarez, 25, 1411 N. Webb Road Apt. 2, was charged with sexual assault on a child for an incident or incidents that occurred between March 1, 2003, and Sept. 30, 2003, involving sexual contact with a person 14 years of age or younger.
