 Ali S. Abdirasak, 25, 616 Sutherland, was charged with possession of khat for a Jan. 6 incident.

 Alfonso Lara-Juarez, 25, 1411 N. Webb Road Apt. 2, was charged with sexual assault on a child for an incident or incidents that occurred between March 1, 2003, and Sept. 30, 2003, involving sexual contact with a person 14 years of age or younger.

 Michael Benson, 21, 1011 E. Fifth St. Apt. 1, was charged with first-degree sexual assault for a June 21 incident.

 Shane Michael Brethour, 18, 2004 N. Wheeler Apt. 3B, was charged with making terroristic threats for a May 29 incident in which Jared Barker was threatened.

 Daniel S. Marshall, 20, Beaver Crossing, was charged with theft by unlawful taking for an April 20 incident involving property that was taken from Auto Central.

 Colin William Cates, 19, 1819 N. Custer Ave., was charged with aiding and abetting theft by deception for a May 21 incident involving property belonging to Wal-Mart.

 Jesus G. Giron, 23, 3033 W. Capital Ave. No. 25, was charged with second-degree forgery for a June 1 incident involving a check written on another person's checking account. Giron is also known as Jose Gonzales, Jesus Manuel Giron, Jesus M. Giron and George Carrasco. He also has listed 24 and 26 as his ages.
