MEININGER -- To Sara Meininger of Grand Island, a daughter born July 31 at St. Francis Medical Center.
SIEMERS -- To Richard and Heather (Zlomke) Siemers of Grand Island, a son born July 28 at St. Francis Medical Center. Grandparents are John and Cindi Zlomke and Robert Siemers, all of Grand Island, and the late Betty Siemers.

The following felonies were reported:
Robert Soto Jr., 223 Cardinal Drive, reported a theft there. A vehicle was stolen.
Daniel Schreiner, 910 N. Bogg Ave., Apt. 1111, reported a theft there. A vehicle was stolen.
Edwin Starman, 911 E. 12th St., Apt. 3, reported a burglary there.
Randall Blair, 1901 W. Louise St., reported a theft there. A barbecue grill was stolen from his backyard.
High Quality Housing, 4020 W. Stolley Park Road, reported a burglary there. A flat-screen TV was stolen.
Amy Schlund, 4242 W. Highway 30, reported a theft by exercising control, trespassing and false reporting there. A vehicle was stolen and later recovered. A woman was arrested.
Hall County Sheriff
Law enforcement arrested eight people on warrants in 10 cases. The following felony was reported:
