Hall County District Court
Cassandra Burton, 19, 908 W. Koenig St., pleaded no contest to terroristic threats for an Oct. 23, 2007, incident. Her sentencing is scheduled for June 27.
John C. Garaas, also known as John Starke, 32, 511 E. 16th St., pleaded no contest to two counts of second-degree forgery for June 4 and June 6, 2007, incidents. He also pleaded no contest to burglary for a July 11, 2007, incident. His sentencing is scheduled for June 27.
Timothy A. Feighner, 26, Lakeport, Calif., pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute for a Nov. 25, 2007, incident. A charge of not having a drug tax stamp was dismissed for the same incident. His sentencing is scheduled for June 26.
Jeremiah Heredia, 22, Newton, Kan., pleaded no contest to misdemeanor third-degree assault for a Feb. 3 incident. A charge of aiding and abetting first-degree assault was dismissed for the same incident. His sentencing is scheduled for June 26.
Genaro S. Ruvalcaba, 43, 1410 W. Koenig St., pleaded no contest to sexual assault of a child for a Jan. 1, 2006, incident. His sentencing is scheduled for June 27.
Justin A. Rodenbaugh, 21, 3033 W. Capital Ave. Apt. 7, pleaded guilty to possession of a forged instrument and third-degree domestic assault for a Nov. 14, 2007, incident involving Alicia Pfeifer. He also had a charge of failure to appear dismissed for a Feb. 2 incident. In addition, he pleaded guilty to burglary for a March 6 incident and two counts of attempted assault by menacing threat for Jan. 11 incidents. His sentencing is scheduled for June 26.
Amanda L. Warner, 29, 611 N. Oak, pleaded no contest to distribution of methamphetamine for an April 18, 2007, incident. A charge of distribution of meth was dismissed for an April 12, 2007, incident. Her sentencing is scheduled for June 27.
Hall County Court
Ali M. Farah, 25, 623 Yund St. Apt. 1, was fined $500 for attempted possession of khat, reduced from possession, for a March 3 incident.
Arthur D. Shafer Jr., 27, 1601 N. Vine, was sentenced to six months in jail for attempted failure to appear for a March 13 incident.
Michael S. Shirley, 46, Phillips, was charged with possession of methamphetamine for a May 10 incident.
Abdulahi O. Nur, 41, 623 E. Yund Apt. 3, was charged with terroristic threats for a May 10 incident involving Mohamed Abdi Ali.
Dawn M. Lockwood, 31, Kearney, was charged with possession of amphetamine for a May 11 incident.
