Joe Brockhaus, of Paulsen Construction, drives the stabilizer at the intersection of Clay and Second Streets Monday afternoon. The intersection was closed yesterday along with the driveway to the Conoco Gas Station. Traffic may be routed onto the new section of pavement, sooner than expected, to help expedite construction.
