LETTER: Water park noise too loud for neighbors

This is in regards to the "No quiet night in G.I." letter in the paper last week. I also live by the water park and I have called and asked them to turn down the radio, but I get told to file a complaint with the police.  I have called council members and the mayor in the past but nothing ever seems to happen. If any of them lived by the water park this wouldn't happen.

The late-night parties they have are horrible. The radio is so loud you can't sleep. I thought Grand Island had a noise ordinance -- the water park must have to go by it. 

I look forward to it closing when school starts so I can have some quiet time, enjoy my back yard and patio and one holiday weekend without the noise. Now we are going to have the State Fair here and I also am not looking forward to that.
