LETTER: Mother thanks schools, teachers

Congratulations to the graduating Class of 2008 for Grand Island Senior High.  14 grads were honored as number one.  As time goes by in America, our education system changes with each graduatng class.  We no longer honor these young men and women who actually work for these titles the way we would should.  To Teagen Marie Nabity, Valedictorian of the class of 2008,  number 1 of 14:  may good luck find you in the future, may God bless the path you take, and watch out world, because the girl's got math skills.

To all of the teachers and their spouses, to all of the support staff, co-workers, family and friends that came by and wished my baby well, thank you!  To all of the teachers, their spouses and organizations that mailed cards, best wishes and letters, thank you.  Thanks to the following eateries:  HY-VEE, Sam's Club, Little Ceasers, Kentucky Fried Chicken -- you all made for a fabulous spread.  It was well recieved and shared by many.  Thank you all for coming out in the wind, rain and cold to wish, Teagen well on Saturday. Thank you, God, for my beautiful, brilliant, intelligent, baby girl, Teagen Marie Nabity.
