City wants court to order removal of profanity-laced signs

The city of Grand Island filed legal complaints in Hall County District Court Friday asking the court to order the removal of profanity-laced signs on Third and Fifth streets.

The two complaints were filed Friday by Assistant City Attorney Stacy Nonhof. White Star Investments and Capital Investment Group of Missouri, both of which list Larry Tourangeau as the registered agent, are named as defendants in the documents.
