David Finn didn't give new Central Community College-Grand Island graduates a typical "follow your dreams" speech at their commencement ceremony Saturday. In fact, he told the graduates, you don't necessarily need visions of grandeur in order to reach it.

Dubas stifled from having district office

State Sen. Annette Dubas won't have an office in the district this summer like she did during last year's legislative interim. Although the office was widely popular with constituents, it was frowned upon by legislative higher-ups.
