50th Anniversary of Edgar Alumni Association

Edgar – The Edgar Alumni Association will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a noon dinner May 25 at the Legion Hall in Edgar. An afternoon meeting and tea will honor the Classes of 1938, 1948 and 1958.

The old school is scheduled for demolition later this year. Alums and teachers from the now closed Edgar School as well as teachers and graduates of Sandy Creek, residing in Edgar, may purchase advance meal tickets for $9 per person (request a choice of roast beef or ham) from Carol Zillig, 3420 N. 74th St., Lincoln, NE 68507.
