Planning to be married Aug. 9, 2008, at Abundant Life Christian Center in Grand Island are Starla Riesland and Curtis Hill, both of Grand Island.
Parents of the bride-elect are Jim and Bev Hammond of Grand Island. The prospective groom is the son of Ray and Peggy Hill of Aurora.
Miss Riesland is a 2001 graduate of Grand Island Senior High. She is a coach for Twisters Gymnastics and a customer service clerk for Skagway South.
Hill graduated in 2003 from Centura High School. He works for JBS Swift.
