United in marriage Oct. 27, 2007, at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Plymouth, Minn., were Melissa Fladseth of Grand Island and Wesley Truelson of Plymouth. Pastor John Strommen officiated.
Parents of the bride are Kenneth and Janice Fladseth of Grand Island. Parents of the groom are Brad and Ann Truelson of McGregor, Minn.
Jennifer Schmer of Scottsbluff was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Sarah Fowler, Lindsey Kaczor, Amanda Koeber and Kayla Koeber. Personal attendant was Lisa Ulrich.
Best man was Kirk Mohs of Plymouth and groomsmen were Geoff Eyler, Steve Ferris, Bryan Geerdes and Mike Westergren. Ushering guests were Derrick Fladseth and Mark McCutcheon.
Reader was Mary Sanders. Mikayla Chop was flower girl.
The couple live in New Hope, Minn.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Grand Island Senior High. She earned a bachelor of science in biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2004. She received her master of science in May 2007 from the University of Minnesota at Minneapolis. She is a genetic counselor for the University of Minnesota Medical Center at Fairview.
The groom graduated from Wayzata High School in 1995. He received a bachelor of science in 1999 from U of M where he majored in mechanical engineering. He works for LORAM Maintenance of Way, Inc. as a mechanical engineer.
